Did you know that wearing your clothes for longer is the most impactful way to reduce fashion’s carbon footprint? But sometimes, in order to wear your clothes for longer, they need to be repaired or altered a little. Join us at the Human Ecology Clothing Repair Café to do just that!
In the spirit of Reading Week, we are hosting Cozy Communal Mending, intended to be a more relaxed event where people who already have a bit of sewing or mending experience can work on repairs with one another. If you need a little help or want some advice, volunteers will still be happy to help, or you can see what your fellow repairers have to offer!
